Security Deposit 1
- Amount: A $500 security deposit is required for all rentals.
- Refund Policy: Security deposits are refundable within 14 days after the event, provided venue rules regarding property protection, outside liquor bans, and 60-day cancellation terms are met. The security deposit cannot be applied toward or included in the regular rental pricing.
- Forfeiture of Deposit: The security deposit will not be refunded under the following circumstances:
- Bringing outside liquor anywhere onto the premises or inside the building; or
- Any breakage, damage, or theft of club property; or
- Event cancellation less than 60 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Event Capacity & Staffing Fees
- Bartender(s): For every increment of 50 attendees, additional Bartender(s) will be required at $100 each; and
- Crowd Control: Crowd Control will be required for more than 50 attendees.
Event Extensions (Additional Hours Beyond 4-hour Event)
If you wish to add an additional hour to your event, the following rates apply:
- $100 per Bartender, per extra hour.
- $50 to the Rental Manager, per extra hour.
- $50 per Crowd Control person, per extra hour.
Member Pricing & Co-Signing Eligibility
- Standard Member Discount: To qualify for member pricing, the member must be in good standing and have held an active membership for over 1 year at the time of contract signing.
- Member Co-Signing: If an active member in good standing co-signs for a non-member to grant them the member discount:
- The co-signing member must be present at the club for the entire duration of the event (from start to finish).
- The co-signing member assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the rental and the event.
